Technique Appraisal

2 HOURS $100

  • Video analysis for swimming, cycling and running

  • Coaching techniques including tips and exercises to help promote more efficient movement

  • Small group sessions available upon request (maximum 4 athletes per session)

Triathlon Strength Conditioning Program

Includes a weekly training program delivered via the Training Peaks App and a One-on-One personal training session each month.

  • The PT session is a mobile session that can be done in your own home

  • The program can be adjusted weekly or monthly depending on your progress

  • Functional strength work for swimming, cycling & running

  • Focusing on and improving balance, stability & mobility

  • Improves technique & endurance
