Get a group of friends together for your very own private fitness session. Enjoy the challenge and motivation as you workout with your mates under the expertise and guidance of your personal trainer. All equipment is conveniently provided by K2Fitness.

A one-on-one strength and conditioning session targeting muscular endurance. Ideal for triathletes or any endurance athlete, developing core strength, balance and mobility. Molbile Personal Training Sessions for older adults

40 Minutes $50

K2Fitness brings all the equipment and tailors the exercises to suit the individual needs of each client. Programs are designed to help maintain your fitness, strength, and mobilty. Workouts include bodyweight exercises to enhance balance and mobility, weights to strengthen muscle increase bone density and gentle cardiovascular exercise to improve fitness.
