RUNFit - 6 Week Running Clinic

As part of your preparations for the Bay To Bay fun run, I am holding a 6 week training program, commencing  6am Tuesday 7 May, focusing on improving running technique, strength and fitness.

The program is aimed at athletes competing in either  the 12km or half marathon events.

The session will be held each week at Gosford Pool for 1 hour and will compliment the training you may currently be doing. 

The sessions will include;

~ an activation set- learning how to switch on and fire up appropriate muscles.

~ an easy paced warm up along the Gosford waterfront (headlamp required)

~ running drills to improve technique. 

~ strength endurance circuit class.

~ pool running with interval work. 

~ finishing off with a swim warm down and recovey.

~ video of running technique and coaching included.


Dates and Times: Commencing 6am Tuesday 7th May for 6 weeks

finishing off Tuesday 11th June, the week of the Bay to Bay Fun Run (June 16)


Cost: $120* for 6 weeks (*pool entry extra)
